9:15 am - Grand Jury Litigation - Natasha Wrae will share her experiences with grand jury litigation and leveling the playing field in the grand jury room.

10:15 am - APDA Panel - Several of the APDA Directors will join a panel to discuss the issues of the day facing indigent defendants and how the criminal defense bar can come together to advance justice.
10:45 am - Prosecutorial Ethics - Seth Apfel will discuss some current events involving recent ethical lapses at the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office.
11:15 am - Justice Text - Computer engineer Jon Ervin will show how Justice Text software uses AI to organize and transcribe body camera footage so that attorneys can improve the quality and efficiency of their practice.
